I was a little frustrated earlier today because I was trying to get work done and couldn't due to the bottlenecks I was having with Monologue. I ended up switching back to Super Whisper for right now because Monologue can't do what Super Whisper can do at this time. It's unfortunate to say, but that's the facts. Hey Chris, if you are trying to summarize or change up the whole text, it doesn't work because the modes are much more like a style guide. But do leave a thumbs down because I take a look at each and every feedback and we continuously improve the model. Also, I saw a few requests from you on customer support. The last two hours of my replies and my posts are thanks to @typelessdotcom so I don't have to touch the screen to type, and Tesla FSD, because it's driving my car to the Edge Esmeralda @EdgeEsmeralda conference in Healdsburg. It drove me from San Jose through San Francisco, and I'm almost there. I have the developer beta of iOS, and Typeless is just so superior to anything Apple has brought me in terms of using my voice on my desktop computer. It even answers questions and looks things up thanks to a new feature that is shipping soon. Thanks, Typeless, for giving me early beta access. It is a wonderful tool that really changes my life. If you are in an autonomous car going to a VR conference, it is magic.

@nateliason If you ordered what I think you ordered, good luck with that. Mine constantly would never keep a connection and would constantly disconnect, and it's collecting dust right now. I can never get it to work properly. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Most work conversations are now being recorded by default. You should probably assume that everything you say at work is getting recorded from here on out. What’s emerging is a new category of enterprise software, organized around voice instead of text. The system of record today is structured data: CRM entries, tickets, docs. But the highest-value context lives in conversation: the nuance on a customer call, the real argument in a product review, the offhand comment in a leadership meeting that quietly changes the roadmap. LLMs are uniquely good at taking that unstructured voice data and making it structured, searchable, and queryable. evernote is doubling the price of my subscription to an arguably insane price, even for a PE-acquired business. we've got 15+ years of docs stored there (huge % are scanned PDFs). trying to figure out my move here. i don't want another note taking app. i kind of just want a vault for dumping all our random document files (again, mostly PDFs) that's thoroughly indexed/searchable. big caveat: needs to be also be easily shared with my wife. wonder if there's something there from a biz perspective? 🤔
