@JamJarOppo Knocking on doors doesn't help. If a criminal has a flat full of stolen bikes, why would he answer the door to the cop he sees through the spyhole? You need to be able to get a warrant, which means knowing exactly which flat the stolen item is in. These tags don't do that.
