We built @The_GridAI in 4 weeks. Not by cutting corners, but by building smarter.
The framework:
• Immutable layer: The rigid core.
• Mutable layer: The speed zone.
This architecture allowed us to ship custom 3D, design and full dev in record time with zero brand drift.
Here it is: thegrid.ai

What @apx_loot and @jpecom_ said is spot on.
Beverage is a different beast. Some additional points:
1. Disrupting Alcohol: 41% of Americans are aiming to drink less. Our product offers a safe, effective alternative, making us attractive to big bev companies.
2. Retail Expansion Potential: Our DTC success shows strong brand loyalty and rapid scaling potential. These buyers have instant access to massive distribution.
3. Strategic Value: Big bev brands must acquire new growing revenue streams to stay in business and bid each other up for the best opportunities, especially when current assets are dropping.
4. Market Precedence: Examples include Liquid Death ($700M on $130M revenue) and Athletic Brewing ($800M on $90M revenue). Bigger the opportunity, bigger the valuation.
5. Valuation Basis: Likely based on trailing twelve months of revenue, not run rate, which would be ~$12M. Although recent rounds for other brands have been based on run rate.
Our high growth, brand strength, and potential for massive expansion make the 5-10x multiple realistic. On the flip side, the evolving legal landscape would likely pressure it down a bit.
I also don't think I'd raise at a massive valuation due to the expectations and requirements it comes with. Nor do I really want BRĒZ to become a “VC” brand – it doesn’t seem to work out well for most.
Finally, most bev brands don’t breakthrough but the ones that do tend to get big - the whole vertical feels a bit like a lottery - still wrapping my head around it fully.

identify urself as a focused person.
commit to mastering focus.
declutter ur env, make it as simple as possible. im talking ur phone, desktop, social media, ur office/apt. reduce.
be very clear about what you actually want to get done, plan ahead (e.g. plan ur week ahead, plan today yesterday). but keep it simple.
identify a metric ure gonna track. e.g. hours of deep work per day.
reflect w brutal honesty on a weekly basis and each time leave with an action plan towards a better outcome
or just hire copywriter, chad ur way through it and just be ripping the way u do it now (not recommend but its an option).
realize that adhd, especially in our generation, is mostly imposed by our env.

Ok, so how many of you are struggling with the same problem?
This is by far the biggest obstacle in my life, my creative output would literally 50x-ed if I could solve this
Simon@sinomids
ADHD so bad I can only write decent copy in a state of absolute exhaustion. All my best work was done after all-nighters and 36-48 hrs of working non-stop As soon as I'm well rested impossible to stay focused more than 15 mins
