I'll never understand the "PPR makes sense but PP1D is wack" folks. Something like 70% of catches result in first downs so you're keeping most of PPR while cutting out the nonsense. Then, first downs--which are really, really important--are rewarded accordingly. PP1D >>>>>>> PPR

while i'm coming at narratives i think are dumb, the entire TE position bombing puts emphasis on the elites, but in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. first guy to string a couple ceiling games gonna look great. (the answer is not elite TE was a failed strategy.)

We're launching this league to promote PP1D (point per first down) as a far superior scoring system to the very flawed PPR. My hope is that this will encourage fantasy managers to consider switching to PP1D because, as we all can agree, no one should get a point for a zero-yard catch. It's a 12-team best-ball league with 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, superflex, and two flex spots. 22 rounds.
