Details about the development: • Development name: Noka Park • Occupation from: end of 2026 • Construction started: October 2025 • Warehouse size range: 10 000m2 – 30 000m2 • Location: Riverfields logistics precinct, Kempton Park, near OR Tambo International Airport • Current precinct tenants: TakeALot, Kuehne & Nagel, John Deere, Iron Mountain, Wurth, Xylem, Jonsson Workwear, The Foschini Group, Shoprite, DB Schenker and DHL For people outside property, this is called building on spec. So why do you have a problem with me being in one of the South Western Townships and saying I'm IN SOWETO ( South Western TownshipS) The thing you are arguing ayikho baba . The person who took Sotheni to the Witness D address for the murder of Witness D is alleged to be Wiandre Pretorius. Wiandre Pretorius told Witness D that General X would help them fix crime scene after they suffocated Emmanuel Mbense looking for information about the goods stolen from the warehouse. What is also noteworthy is that Sergeant Juan-Mare Eksteen was his partner. They were both at the scene of the Mbense murder and house robbery. Mbense offered them R500k not to harm him. Some officers mysteriously left the house with a duffle bag. Wiandre Pretorius died by suicide after there was an earlier attempt on his life. He shot himself in front of Eksteen in the forecourt of a filing station in Brakpan.
