@AskTarget My mom had an ordered that was to be delivered to her house. The @FedEx driver must have jammed her WiFi signal because her ring doorbell camera caught the back of the delivery driver leaving only. Which is usual as she has all the other delivery drivers entire walk up and delivery (usps, ups and Amazon). The driver left a mangled box on the doorstep. It was empty. He didn’t take a picture of the delivery before he left. Target customer service has been awful. We need escalation. I have all target customer services correspondences to share. How do you want to handle this? The fedex driver should be investigated. We have the footage and pictures of the box to share.
