I thought there was a huge problem with passport applications taking months to process? Not so! I sent ours away on 9th January for renewal and it’s arriving today, 7 days later. We received a text from the passport office at every stage of the process. Delighted! @HM_Passport

I finally rec’d my case today after 21 days. I’ve tried to upload receipts to claim for essentials I needed whilst my case was lost and, like your baggage app, it doesn’t work. Can you please let me have an email address to send receipts to? No one answering DMs @britishairways

@British_Airways Sent emails and contact forms to courier, no reply! Found another 0845 no and held for 20 mins without answer. Probably cost a small fortune! It’s an absolute joke!

@British_Airways No. None of the phone nos I’ve been given by ba work. I phoned the lady whose case it is (yes it has her full contact details and still got delivered to me!). She has been told “her” case will b deld tomorrow so we’ll probably meet to exchange, assuming it’s mine! Don’t trust co!

@flybe I do hope that other airlines like @easyJet, @Ryanair and British Airways step in to cover internal routes, particularly between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and Shetland, the Hebrides and the Channel Islands.
