Hello @TwiningsUK have you discontinued your Dark Chai? It’s my fave chai tea and it’s gone from all the shops! I’m getting flashbacks of when Cup a Soup stopped doing their beef and mushroom noodle soup c1990. I’ve never got over it. I can’t handle no Dark Chai too!

Hi @GWRHelp I’m on what looks like a new train from Bristol >Newport and there’s sooo little legroom! I’m 6ft, so tall, but not abnormally so. I never complain about legroom cos it comes with being tall but I’m genuinely shocked today! Why are you designing new trains like this?

@SW_Help I suggest SWR revisits this approach now that booking for most things is an expected and sensible part of pandemic life. To keep people safe we can no longer be a turn up and go society and I wouldn’t recommend you encourage this!

@SW_Help I know you’re saying you appreciate some services will be busy on a bank holiday and that people should distance where poss and move down inside the carriages but why can’t people prebook seats on your trains, like other companies offer, to avoid this? It was awful!
