It's their time. Help them.
Be a good parent, do whatever it is you need to do... sell the house if you need to, give them some kickbacks to help buy their first home, etc.

My grandparents, from the World War II greatest generation all downsized to apartments once the kids were all gone. They bought condos! The baby boomer generation all still live in 4,5 bedroom homes! That’s what’s driving up real estate prices, competing for homes people with children should be living in! It’s hard for the younger generations, I wish the boomers helped their children more!

Trump released the largest ever strategic reserve distribution last week - almost 10 million barrels.
Oil is still over $100 a barrel and gas is at record seasonal highs.
This is gonna get ugly if it’s not resolved soon.
