@ankurmittal Monthly plan will have renewal issues, Indian cards don't work mostly. Better to get tye yearly plan

@Accor my Accor signature Brazil plan was renewed on 11th December as per terms I was supposed to get credit of monthly points within 5 days but a week now no credit of points. The compliant is active vide reference no ACCOR BRESIL - 21879130 but still there is no resolution

The Accor+ Explorer renewal offer is very good. 4000 Accor Points on renewal. On top of it, we can get GST invoice as well 😅

Accor All Signature - Brazil subscription update So I took the plunge with a monthly subscription - auto-renewal failed The 5000 points I got are reversed. 1000 status points gone too. They offered 3 days to rectify the payment Tried updating payment info manually, but the Cyclopay payment gateway throws an error on all the cards I tried. Here’s the email I got:
