@sarah_go_green @sarah_go_green check out Taylors Aboard a Narrowboat - @TaylorsAboardaNarrowboat/videos" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@TaylorsAboard… they talk about issues on the canals (family living on a 70ft), not just water levels but maintenance of the infrastructure. Beginning of 2025 they were stuck for weeks due to a breach.

@AegonUK I'm still waiting for a very straightforward request to be implemented from the beginning of June. Emailed again 12 days ago still no response. I phoned beginning of July said was being progressed but this is beyond a joke.
English

@koolard @Vitality_UK I wasn't even able to 'play' last week even though I got 40 points.... Let's see what this week brings!

@johnoft @energystatsuk @OctopusEnergy The big debate in our household too. I've been in Comms with octopus as seems odd they haven't changed the SC as per previous quarters.
English

@energystatsuk @OctopusEnergy For many the question will be the standing charge (SC). Today the Tracker SC is 62p per day. The SC for my area on other Octopus tariffs is 44p. If your usage is 5kW per day then Tracker electricity needs to reliably 4p per kWh below Octopus fixed prices to be worthwhile.
English

With April price cap leaving electricity prices at UK average of 27.03p and gas at 6.99p, is @OctopusEnergy Tracker tariff looking a good option at this time?
In last 90 days, avg electricity price has been 24.3p and in last year day price has not gone above cap very often.

@DecathlonUK how long do membership point stay on your account for please?x
English

@neill_john @nectar I've just experienced similar, Hounslow for me.
English

@nectar hi someone has used 500 of my nectar points I have never been in Staines
English

Is your points service having the weekend off again @Vitality_UK ?

@MartinSLewis Another Tracker customer here (Dec 23 version, ending 15th Feb). Not sure what we're gonna do, this current week has been a bit 😬🤯 - the increase in the standing charge definitely doesn't make it attractive to us anymore. Used to be on agile but found it tricky to load shift.
English

@MartinSLewis I managed most of it, cos I've made it a bit complicated and my husband CBA! 3/?
English

@MartinSLewis 3 joint accounts (we're account tarts). One we have purely for the insurance benefit, another is out 'main account', the other is one we have for rewards. Wages go into the main joint account. 1/?
English

TELL US: If ur part of a couple, how do u manage the finances? Does one do it all for both? Do u have a joint account (for everything or just bills)? Do u do regular budgeting meetings. How does it work, & do u feel it works well.
Pls reply & some'll be read out in my pod. And do like ur faves.
English

@MartinSLewis All our spending done on credit cards (paid in full, don't panic Mr L) to gain cashback and come out of joint accounts, they are a mix of between names. Savings spread pretty equally between accounts in single names to make most of ISA allowance etc. 2/?

@mccadava @Vitality_UK Still down, works on IOS. Just seems to be an android issue

@HullTeslaModel3 Definitely something not right with your billing.... We live in the South West, an area with some of the highest water bills in the country - we're a family of 4, if you factor in the £50 government contribution were paying a smidge more than half of your bill!
English

Absolutely scandalous that we pay such high water bills here!!
We paid £1200 last year!

Average water rates in Yorkshire will rise to £607 a year in the next five years. Read more: bbc.in/4iJUbmY

@HullTeslaModel3 @LidlGB @Taylors We got gold as a sub last week... Not so sure it's an improvement!
English

We, as a household, are drinkers of the original @YorkshireTea (the only tea that should be consumed), but @sainsburys subbed it for the gold variant.... Is this going to be the new standard? What's the difference? How can you improve on the superior original blend #TeaProblems

English

@johnlewishelp hi 🙂 I sent a DM this morning but not sure on wait times?
