@makemytrip @makemytripcare I really wish there is solution to this, we had to cancel our booked trip due to unavoidable and genuine problem, if not refund we should atleast get credit for next booking or date change for different hotel. I hope I will get help as regular customer

Ordering with @BombayShavingCo is risky, I entered wrong address by mistake, I immediately email them (within 5 minutes) but they say they can't change address, order is paid, their phone no longer helps, whatsapp is clueless, Pathetic customer care #India #shoppingonline

Ordering Food from @Swiggy is like find out missing item from, talk to customer care before you open it, send them photo & get refund, and you end up eating whatever you got or throw it away how many of you had similar experience? @zomato #India #indianfood
