0% swap fees in rainbow .2% fixed protocol fee. in app we default to a fixed 1% swap fee. this makes the total fee on swaps 1.2%. 1% goes to the creator of the liquid token in question. .2% of each swap is split between @rainbowdotme and liquid. why this fee structure? we see the current trench meta as maximally extractive. more value is being extracted from fewer and fewer tokens, even as less traders spend less money trading them. fees are rising while pnl's nose dive. its sort of perverse. and its happening on shitters that dont even run for >1 days and these mechanisms exist bECAUSE tokens are no longer going up as frequently, and trading volumes are trending down. other launchpads (seeing these trends): hmm maybe we can simply increase fees on whatever volume still remains across the handful of coins catching a bid, that way we'll still earn liquid (watching tokens going up less and fees rising): maybe we can reduce fees? we'll split our own protocol fee with our primary interface, and we'll default to static 1% fees. all those coins that deployed on Uniswap v3 in 2022 went up a lot higher than the dynamic fee shitters launching in 2026, btw simple maths rly
