@PathOfMen_ I disagree if you have your diet, sleep, eating schedule right and dont eat after 7:30pm. By the time you have your breakfast after the gym at 8am, you body would have already fasted for 12 hours. Then eat a protein dense food, eggs with avacado etc.

@CoachDanGo My workouts are typically 8am. Can’t eat anything for an hour before as it makes me feel sick while working on. Don’t want to eat earlier than 7am as will mess up meal schedules. Any suggestions?

I eat this for breakfast 80% of my days. Greek yogurt, protein powder, psyllium husk, and blueberries. It’s easy, nutrient dense, high protein, and has a good amount of fiber. Highly recommend.

Bulking and maintaining this body is not cheap. I eat roughly 7-8 eggs daily White rice Chicken thighs. Turkey. A lot of water. You can too. HIT THE Gym, eat right and sleep 7-8 hours 🙏🏾

You get great fiber from whole wheat bread. When most african talk about bread they dont have knowledge of the benefits of whole wheat bread/ whole meal bread.

Toasted it with sardine. And it made you feel safe. Now? You’re 28. Or 35. Or 41. You wake up tired. Your face is puffy. You’re bloated before breakfast. Your period cramps are demonic. You can’t go a day without craving sugar. You have acne at 32. You’re constipated. Your fertility is on the line. And you don’t connect it to bread. Because nobody taught you that bread is inflammation in disguise. Nobody told you that: —That soft loaf? Is a processed insulin weapon. —That sweetness?
