🚨A Brighton father doesn’t want his daughter coming across penises in the girl’s changing rooms and toilets. Perfectly understandable! But the school has ignored their complaints regarding lack of dignity and is continuing to allow boys who ‘feel’ like girls to be in the school’s single sex spaces under their ‘trans inclusion policy’. So the father is taking his battle to the High Court to ask how far inclusion of boys in this confused state of mind may lawfully extend when it flies in the face of pre-existing legal safeguarding duties of schools. The School Premises Regulations 2012 require BY LAW that ‘sanitary and changing facilities for pupils of a certain age be provided separately for boys and girls, or otherwise in fully private arrangements.’ Since the school in question, and many more, are blatantly failing in this duty, I suspect this case will be watched keenly by concerned parents across the country. open.substack.com/pub/nuntiatori…

This cannot - should not -be real. A young woman, gang raped by (supposedly) child migrants, now disabled and with serious mental health history will be given lethal drugs tomorrow. Her father does not want her to die but has just failed in getting the ECHR to stop this.

The ratio is well underway. What is a reporter or sub to do in this situation? You know it’s a man: the CPS, along with court officials, lie and say ‘woman’. First, and easiest, you can avoid all female pronouns, and neutralise the copy. Second, so long as you don’t misquote court proceedings, you can call him a man and use male pronouns. The fact that he’s a man was raised in court. It’s in the public domain. The case is over: he’s guilty. There’s no question of identification, or contempt. Ipso processes mean he’d have to make a complaint himself about ‘misgendering’ (or through a representative) for it to be considered. Ipso would then be in the position of potentially upholding a killer’s demand over reporter accuracy. Third, if it’s not raised in court, you are allowed to ask - is this a male, is it a crime recorded by a male, will he go to a female jail. After conviction, backgroundbpueces can contain all sorts of extra information. You don’t have to copy a captured justice system. A faithful report of proceedings is not always accurate.

It was so cruel of Stonewall and other lobby groups to convince everyone that trans-identified people should be allowed to join groups/use facilities meant for the opposite sex. The law has never said that and now children are paying the price for Stonewall's false promises.
