@amazonIN @AmazonHelp It's an expensive item, I need to be at home to receive it. I cannot stay at my home forever just to receive the product. When I call the delivery person, he simply disconnects my call

I speak to the customer care on a daily basis, they assure that the product would be delivered today, however it never happens. Please do let me know if you guys really want to deliver the product?

@StarQuik Order # 500402893. Even though yhe order was prepaid the delivery guy made us pay again. The order was placed by my wife and I received the order. Since I was not aware that the order was prepaid, he made pay gain.

@EurekaForbes I have booked service requests for my aquaguard several times since 17th March, however no service person has ever shown up. Can you please expedite the matter?

@amazonIN I have been trying to return an order. There have been 5 return requests raised by your team, however the return order has not been picked up yet. It has become really frustrating as I need to keep calling the customer care every time the return pickup gets canceled.

Could you oneself help us in at least getting the road cleared, it has become very dangerous to cross the road.

@MTF_Mobility Road work In the 2A Cross, Shirdi Sai Nagar, Munnekolala has been stopped for the past 2 months. The contractor has dumped jelly stones on the main road. It had become very dangerous to cross the road. Daily people are falling and getting severly wounded.

@MTF_Mobility They have not covered the drain in front of the apartment, it's impossible to take out the cars. In times of medical emergency, it would be a nightmare to call the cabs.

@MTF_Mobility The road construction has been going on in2A Cross Road for the past 4 months. It has become a nightmare for the residents to step out. The have dug up canals in the middle of the road and haven't bothered to cover it. Daily cars do fall in the canal.
