@Airtel_Presence If advance amount is mandatory for wifi fibre service, irrespective of even when you are a postpaid customer, then why don't Airtel publicize it, so that customer is not kept in dark. Why ask advance amount only after one has made an order for the service. @airtelCOMPLAIN

@Airtel_Presence I am postpaid customer on Rs 1,399 plan for last 4 years. Wanted to add wifi xtreme fibre service. Your rep Jaspreet Kalyan wanted Rs 3003 advance in cash and cancelled installation upon refusal. What a shame !!!

They can very well call on registered numbers, both national or international.
