Looks like @elonmusk found how the government stores our paperwork. No wonder high skilled legal immigrants can’t get their visas and greencards processed in time at @USCIS.

Federal employee retirements are processed using paper, by hand, in an old limestone mine in Pennsylvania. 700+ mine workers operate 230 feet underground to process ~10,000 applications per month, which are stored in manila envelopes and cardboard boxes. The retirement process takes multiple months.

I had all my new kitchen appliances from Lowe's and company doing delivery had two H1B visa guys from Cuba. Had a long conversation with them. Really nice and really smart guys. I asked why they are delivering Appliances and they said in Cuba they make only $20 a week. Asked why they don't seek better work and told me they were locked into the company but we're really happy doing deliveries because they can make more than their annual income of $1040 in month. I actually felt so bad for them but my point is they are appliance delivery drivers on H1B visas and only need strength to do the job. You don't need any skills.

LRA lets states sue to stop parole of immigrants letting them enter and reside legally in the US. It defines "HARM" from the parolees to a state as any cost of $100. No, that's not NET harm from immigration. That's ANY cost whatsoever of $100, even if the benefits are 1000X.

The AGs will be able to sue over $100 costs from LEGAL IMMIGRANTS who enter on visas from any country that doesn't fully cooperate with deportations from the US, including China, India, Cambodia, Cuba, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Pakistan, and Russia. BANNED over $100!

The US failed to stop a lot of immigration over the last 35 years, but its government officials spent the entire time *validating* the concern, telling people "we will stop it," and then being unable to. They should've said, "we will make it work for us", an attainable goal

Trust US Healthcare system to ensure you make it to 100, then get your GC. But like all other systems in the US that can not tell left from right, I hope they interact with one another. Otherwise, USCIS may put you on hold while they verify.

No pun intended, if you are an Indian doctor in US, in #GreenCardBacklog, who placed his life on the line during Covid, you will very likely be too old to receive your US Citizenship. According to USCIS age is just a number, they don’t care about you nor the US Congress.
