That's a wrap on the Member-Guest, proud of the way this team operates together, always learning while still exceeding expectations.
Now how bout some absolute lounge mogging ... A couple gifts from @hbgolfusa showed up just in time for a day off well earned.

We have a LITMUS TEST for all the NEPOs that come on the desk
We bought an Amazon Basics Coffee Machine
As a rich kid, they likely have never seen this before, as their parents usually have a butler get coffee for them
BUT the poors know instantly how this works.
They are told "make the desk 1 pot of coffee" with no other instructions. We give them ground coffee and the filters. They are not allowed to ask us any further questions.
Probably 9/10 interns fail this test. Either
1. not using the filter correctly (they place it on top of the beans)
2. cant figure out how to open it
3. they don't know where the "on" switch is
They could easily look up "how to use" video on YouTube, as they have their phone. But Ivy kids lack the critical thinking skills to do so.

@Roastbeast26 @BodyRecompExprt @SarAllyce Roast beast I would buy your e book if you could explain how to do this.

@BodyRecompExprt @SarAllyce Im 50 and can rip a gallon of vodka a night out and be fine 20 minutes after getting up. Take the right supplements and eat clean af. Also, drink tons of water and caffeine. It's really simple. I still train for hours after.

At age 27: My hangovers started lasting 2-3 days. Killing my effectiveness.
At age 37: I could still bang in the gym like I was 20. I just couldn't recover like I used to.
Age 41: That lack of recovery became injuries. Poor training decisions started having real consequences. And I suffered a major neck-nerve injury.
Looking back...
27 wasn't about alcohol. It was about compromising my effectiveness for half the week.
37 wasn't about getting weaker. It was about recovery becoming the bottle neck.
41 wasn't about getting old. It was about realizing the training that built my body was no longer what would sustain it.
It's interesting because there's evidence that aging doesn't happen in a straight line.
There appear to be periods where it accelerates. That matches my experience.
It also taught me something that applies far beyond fitness:
Every season of life demands a different strategy and prioritizaiton.
If you're over 35 and following the advice of a 24-year-old influencer with no kids, no employees, no overheard, and no decades of wear and tear...
Don't be surprised when it doesn't fit your life.
Your mission is to keep evolving, getting better, and pushing your peak out even further.
And that requires higher level strategies.

Why Rick Rubin doesn't rely on drugs or alcohol for creativity:
"It just was never interesting to me and I think maybe it had to do with being an only child."
"I felt more confident in who I was, whatever that was, just from being with myself and not with other siblings."
"I've always known what I like and known what I don't like and know there are things I want to try."
"There are things I don't want to try and I feel very good about not doing something I don't want to do. I feel great about it."
