I was there when it happened. The customer service after was terrible as well with no accountability at all being taken from Chase. Awful. I will not be booking through @ChaseSupport again.

Also want to add that the @ChaseSupport customer service rep was completely apathetic to the situation and was quite curt/rude. The least you can say is "sorry you have to go through this"...

@ChaseSupport hasn't even recognized that this was a clear mess up on their end, not apologized, and offered terrible solutions which hurt me monetarily and mentally because I had to go through this ordeal with a baby. Worst flying experience I've ever had. Never using them again

Ultimately, had to go home after standing there for 2 hours. @ChaseSupport has still not helped us out. They offered to "refund" the flight, but amount for the refund is the fare difference between the canceled flight and new flight booking. NO refund for the canceled flight! WTF

To clarify, they are making us pay for the new flight, and only giving us the fare difference for the new flight, and not refunding the original. So I have to pay for two flights.

Fast forward to Dec 18th, my baby and I arrive at @flySFO and the @emirates staff tell me that @Chase CANCELLED our tickets on Dec 5th (day after changing booking). We got NO EMAIL, NO REFUND and NO NOTICE whatsoever from neither Emirates nor Chase. Huge mess up in Chase portal.

My husband and I booked a flight to India on Dec 18th with my 4 month old . Then my husband had to cancel his trip, so he contacted @Chase to cancel ONLY his ticket. They agreed and sent a confirmation on Dec 4 which clearly showed me and my baby as the passengers on the ticket.
