@SouthernRailUK And does that form work? Or will I fill it in just to find out it has the same issue as the DelayRepay form? (I'm starting to suspect that Southern have made their IT work so badly that customers just give up, though I'm sure you couldn't _possibly_ confirm that! :-) Cheers!

@SouthernRailUK I can't get the DelayRepay form to submit. After filling everything in I finally get to the submit button (which only becomes active when the captcha has been completed) and then I just get a popup saying "There was a problem validating your captcha response"

@SouthernRailUK OK, my mistake for using the word "refund" instead of "compensation"... So what's the compensation from SouthernRail for the DelayRepay online system not working? Or is that another shrug? (Shock! :-)

Hi there, apologies for any confusion. Delay Repay compensation isn't a refund, it's compensation for a train arriving with a delay, which is calculated as a fixed percentage of the cost of the ticket. @SouthernRailUK And presumably you'll increase the value of the refund to make up for the hassle of me having to queue up at the ticket office to cash it and then queue up at a bank to deposit the cash? (Or will that just be a shrug from SouthernRail?)

@SouthernRailUK Hi. No - but I can try with one switched on. (Though it can't really see how it could be anything interfering with the Captcha - because without completing the Captcha the Submit button wouldn't become active, but it does...)

@SouthernRailUK Makes no difference. (I've tried using Edge with and without InPrivate mode, Chrome on desktop - and even the Southern app just throws an error as soon as I click the submit button).

@British_Airways Customer Services have said that they don't handle reimbursement for involuntary downgrade and I have to contact Executive Club. But the contact page for Exec Club says I should complete the online form on your Complaints and Claims page, which is what I already did...

@ubereats_uk Been trying for 2wks via in-app chat to get a refund from my UberMoney. The value has now been "revoked"(?), but not sent to me, and you closed the chat. When I open a new chat you close THAT telling me to respond to the existing chat, which I can't as you closed it

@dobbies How can I use the "£5 off when you spend £25" voucher (from this week's Waitrose magazine)? The till refused to accept it and the staff just said you can't use it if you've used a Dobbies Plus card, but even when they took the Dobbies card off it still wouldn't work...
