@SocialSecurity My husband has been calling for two days. Wait time is over 120 minutes so he opted for a call back. They have never called back either day he tried calling. Can’t make an appointment online and can’t get anyone on the phone. Online does not allow you to check status of requests

@nikblanch4 As long as the information on the ticket matches how the KTN is registered, it is set on our end. If it is approved, it will be listed on the boarding pass. -Jordan

@AlaskaAir TSA on my account but it did not come up on boarding pass but it did for my husband. So frustrating as we have had it for years. Line to go back and reprint with TSA was so long and SeaTac is a mess right now.Ugh

@AlaskaAir Appreciate you trying to answer, but the KTN was in my account profile. I checked immediately after getting to my gate. Alaska should be guaranteeing that gets on the boarding pass. It should be automatic.

@nikblanch4 They only thing the airline can do is ensure that your KTN is on your reservation. We cannot approve pre-check though. Pre-check is not an airline program.-Jordan

There is no reason for refunds to take over 30 days @saks I received an email on 8/9 saying refund would be processed in 10-14 days. I have emailed and been on chat, but still nothing. Lots of complaints here on X. Why should I shop there anymore?

@AlaskaAir Thank you @AlaskaAir for correcting the issue with our bags. Wing delivered in the next hour and customer service on the baggage line was excellent. Only advice would be to advise people they can go home and call rather than standing in the airport line.

Budget rental car @budget.com forcing us to use their road side assistance but can’t get here for 2 hours and that is passed our rental return time. Won’t tell us how much the charge for towing, charging $400 for a new key and extra day charge of $270. Over $1000 for lost key?

@Nordstrom Order placed on the 8th and it is sitting at the Ontrac delivery spot in Kent for 2 days. Need it by the weekend. We have had trouble with them before. Lost deliveries or delivered to wrong address. I know it’s the holidays, but I wish you used a different service.
