Why Fast Data Propagation Matters for Blockchain Speed Every onchain transaction depends on one thing: How fast data moves across the network. When you make a transaction, it doesn’t instantly become final. It goes through several steps: RPC -> mempool -> block builder -> proposer -> network propagation -> confirmation One of the biggest bottlenecks? Block propagation. After a validator proposes a block, that data must spread quickly across the network so other validators can verify and attest to it. Today, Ethereum mainly relies on GossipSub a broadcasting method that sends data across nodes. The problem? More traffic = more latency, redundancy, and network strain. This is where mump2p comes in. Powered by RLNC (Random Linear Network Coding), mump2p helps nodes recover data more efficiently instead of repeatedly broadcasting everything. Why this matters: • Faster propagation • Lower latency • Better bandwidth efficiency • More reliable performance at scale Early testing has already shown 50%+ lower latency compared to traditional propagation methods. The takeaway: Faster blockchains aren’t just about execution speed. They’re about moving information smarter. @get_optimum @aqccapital @blockchainjeff @ada_pegasus

Just wrapped up building a card flipping game on @ritualnet testnet. It's live now, simple, fast, and a fun way to experience what Ritual can do. 👉 Try it here: ritual-flip-card-game.fun Would love for you guys to test it out and share feedback. Let's push the ecosystem forward. Idea: @linh_ricky Card artwork: @mrbuu25210652 Dev: @hannah_tran35 @Jez_Cryptoz @ericgudboy #ritualtestnet #ritualnet #ritual @ritualnet @ritualfnd

I've just delved into Ritualnet's testnet and I'm really impressed. @ritualnet is building the first blockchain dedicated to automated AI agents – a true lab for autointelligence. What's the big idea? Agents don't die when their creators leave. They can hold value, keep secrets, run scheduled tasks, and continue operating on the chain forever. No more "trust me" stuff – everything is verifiable and long-lasting. The testnet launched a few weeks ago and the community has already started to get very active. People are creating Ritual IDs on the chain, creating personal testnet tokens, building Siggy pixel NFTs, and experimenting with asynchronous and scheduled transactions. The atmosphere is exciting but also very relaxed – real builders are putting in the effort, not just people grinding points. You can get testnet tokens from the tap (if you have the right role) and start playing immediately. Having raised $25 million from Polychain, Hack VC, Robot Ventures, and other top names, Ritualnet feels different from the usual hype about AI + blockchain. It's real infrastructure that makes agent autonomy possible at scale. If you're interested in AI agents or just want to get an early look, the test network is live and growing rapidly. I've spent time testing it every day, and the building energy is really strong. Who else wants to join? Share your Ritual ID or favorite dApp you've tried 🔥 @ritualfnd @ritualnet @joshsimenhoff @Jez_Cryptoz @0xMadScientist @dunken9718 @ericgudboy
