@andreah_xo @monzo The 'specialist' team have been dealing with my scam case since 28th January and even after raising a complaint fuck all has been done! I've finally raised a complaint with the financial ombudsman 🙃

@monzo will be contacting financial ombudsman about the lack of care or action from @monzo since we have been a victim of fraud. Telling ur customers you've no idea when you will be in touch is shocking. We are into 48hrs now. The fact your fraud team are in demand speaks volumes

@monzo Up until this incident I never had a problem with you I always recommended you when people needed a new bank but after this you've gone downhill massively it shouldn't take nearly 2 months to agree I was scammed and to get my money back it's appalling
