Call me a conspiracy theorist, but the month after warranty expires and you choose not to get your car serviced at an official garage…a software update gets pushed out that stops your satnav/radio, etc. working. 2 month wait for a diagnostic check at £180 @UKVolkswagen ?

@UKVolkswagen can you explain why a software update you pushed out has stopped my car working properly and now you seem to think it’s my fault and cannot look at it until the end of Jan? Ridiculous
