Just took a skincare client’s Klaviyo revenue from 7% to 51% in 45 days. Here’s exactly how we did it 👇 1. Pop-up Form Swapped a generic discount for a “mystery offer” with a 3-step form. Micro-commit → Email → Surprise reward. From this, we 3x'd sign-ups. 2. Automated flows Built out their: Welcome Site Abandonment Browse Abandonment Cart & Checkout Abandonment Post-purchase Every email hit real objections, showed proof, and built brand trust. 3. Consistent campaigns 2–3x/week. We focused on education, product benefits, and transformation from our products. That being said, it resulted in a whopping: 6x increase in email revenue 51% of total revenue from Klaviyo Killing it for our clients 🕺

Your customers aren't reading your emails. They're skimming them. They scroll TikTok, use ChatGPT for quick answers, and have zero patience for walls of text. So if your emails are packed with paragraph after paragraph of copy, you're most likely losing them before they even get to your CTA. This is why I love infographics so much. And, @Neutonic_ absolutely crushes them. One glance at their email and you instantly know what they're selling and why you should care. Your infographic should do all the heavy lifting so your customer doesn't have to think too much.

Deliverability is a commonly talked-about subject. And most marketers make it more complex than it needs to be. It is very important to have your emails delivered, however... You don't need to over-obsess about it. Here is how we maintain great deliverability for our clients: 1. Send to our engaged segments Most of the brands we work with will (almost) always send to 45 or 60 days engaged for our day-to-day campaigns. The whole goal is to expand our reach without letting our open rate drop below ~50%. In the eyes of inbox providers, opens are something to watch for. 2. Add text to the bottom of our email footer This tricks the inbox providers that real text is actually coming in. You can just copy your 'about us' page and paste it into a text box, change the font color and background color to match, and boom, it becomes invisible. 3. Have curiosity-driven subject lines All our subject lines need to drive curiosity for someone to open. SL: It's customer-approved! PT: And here's what they said... Now people want to know what others are saying about our product. This will help increase our opens and, in turn, help deliverability. If you can get these tips down, deliverability will rarely be something you have to worry about.

These campaigns were on the same topic... Yet one had a 4x in revenue. We ran a split test for a campaign that consisted of a designed email and a plain text. Here were the stats... Designed: 0.82% click rate. $1,076 in revenue. Plain text: 2.15% click rate. $4,435 in revenue. Most brands assume a beautifully designed email always wins. But sometimes your customers just want to feel like a real person is talking to them, and plain text does that the best. The thought of having the founder or even a dedicated member on your team reach out makes the customer feel special and valued. And that is what will get them to hand you their money, time and time again. By far, my favorite split test to run inside any account because it really shifts how you think about marketing for your brand. Highly recommend running this split test on your next campaign.

My agency was doing $250k/mo before I graduated college. By the time I graduated, I had 50 team members and a 3.8 GPA. And I did it all while being in a frat and socializing (partying) every weekend. People always ask me how I managed everything. Tbh, it wasn’t that complicated. Literally I just cut out everything that wasn’t work, school, or gym during the week. During the week, I was locked tf in… people did not see me unless I was in class. Wake up. Work. Class. Work. Gym. Sleep. Repeat. I optimized my schedule around my work. I always scheduled my classes at 2pm or later. Then I would work every day 5am-2pm in my bedroom before heading to class. That’s a 9 hour day already… Then, I would work through my classes as well inside Slack doing quick tasks while listening to the professor. Yes, if I dropped out I probably could have made more money faster (we have doubled in size since I graduated 9 months ago)… But I wouldn’t take it back for the world. My best memories and friends were made at school. I have 50+ years in business. I can make up the “lost” time.

I'd rather spend thousands of dollars on ads than cold email people all day or even worse deal with a cold email agency promising me 29 qualified bookings on my calendar in 30 days or less, or i get my money back wasting money on their agency fee, inboxing, sending infra, and dealing with low intent leads, low close rate, blah blah blah bro id rather give RACKS to meta to get one brand on my calendar I close that stays for a year essentially gifting me an ungodly LTV/CAC ratio most not running the numbers like this
