I belive Ranveer Singh done the right thing and not just making films because for the sake of making film. He needs to hold high standards after Dhurandhar Superb film, and this Muslim will try to tarnish our history and way of life through films.

Farhan Akhtar has silently grown way bigger than the rest of the powers in the industry. His antics are coming to light now, but he has been building his clout in the background for years.
He could be the background hand of Dawood as the Khans’ era is ending.
He has built empires in production, direction, and distribution, raking up finances, all with Dawood’s help.
Now he is using his clout to ban Ranveer Singh from the industry. Till now many big heroes walked out of movies and got away unscathed, but this time it is not the case for Ranveer. He can’t escape the wrath of the Khans and Dawood, thanks to his heroics with Dhurandhar movies. The jealous industry wanted to nail him hard. His sudden turn to the other side of the woods didn’t go down well. Instead of settling by negotiations, Farhan is going for the kill.
It is the right time to start a new Hindi industry. We have enough producers and directors who can build it. They can also take the help of Yogi to finish what he is building in Noida Film City and start making Indic movies there.
No need to entertain Bollyfilth anymore. The audience has already boycotted them. Time for the industry people to do the same and move on.

Had a call with a college friend this morning.
Product Manager. US company. Running India operations. We both discussed AI and impact, he said:
"Yaar, the pressure is insane right now. Same projects, but timelines cut from 3 months to 6 weeks. Budgets were slashed 20%. And the leadership just assumes AI will cover the gap."
The problem?
Their company never invested in upskilling.
So what's actually happening on the ground, it seems people are working weekends. burning out. Covering the gap with hours instead of tools.
AI didn't create the pressure. Unpreparedness did.
The companies that will win the next 5 years are not the ones that bought the most AI tools. They're the ones who spent 2025 and 2026 making sure their people actually knew how to use them.
Upskill before you pick up the project. Not during. Not after. The cost of being unprepared is now measured in weekends.
