@AmexUK i’ve now had a second fraudulent transaction on my card from ‘British Dressage’, which is a widespread issue affecting many customers. Why has there been no communication on this?

American Express @AmexUK I’ve been on hold for a call with your fraud alert team for close to two hours following report of a rejected suspicious payment and 3 small (<£5 total with British Dressage?) pending payments that have appeared on my account - is your helpline down too?
