@idbidirect had Demat account with idbi Jamshedpur now being looked after idbicapital had asked for closure or transfer account. Necessary form n documents were submitted as guided it’s almost more than 15 days and I did not get any updation inspite of making several attempts.

I had a terrible time after booking an outstation cab from puri to Jamshedpur. Sent a detailed email as requested giving account wise details. No reply from MakeMyTrip. Your image is being tarnished by irresponsible cab services.

@airindia Thank you , but this does not hold good, the agony n frustration of your passengers should be of concern. There was no help from Air India needs to be escalated. They did not get any help for luggage whereabouts. Passengers traveled by road to ixc.

@airindia Air India has deplorable flight services , flight are delayed and no care is taken for the connected . Passengers are left on their own mercy running pillar to post and helpless. No apology, no concern,no sympathy in this way it will be a doomed airline soon.
