I’m 52, I have always struggled with my weight but the last three years have been particularly tough. I’ve yo-yo’d down and then up 3 stone (42lbs). Like so many, I stress eat and binge when I’m tired, which it’s lots with the flying I do and jet lag. I wish there was a magic wand to fix this, but I have no patience to wait for results despite desperately wanting them. How would you get me motivated to be healthier and fitter. The worst customer service @SAS. In tromso for vacation with family since 4 days with all our 5 bags gone missing.

@HeathrowAirport T5. 10 mins from bag drop to get through security. Very smooth. Busy but organised.

@British_Airways - you have cancelled our flights to NYC and not provided us with any alternative. This was part of a holiday package - tried to call, just goes in a loop and then goes dead, no options to rebook flight via “manage my booking” please advise what is next step

Hey @British_Airways You’ve cancelled my return flight in July . They still exist on your website… I’ve been on hold for an hour now. This is entirely unacceptable.

@British_Airways you have just cancelled my return flight from San Diego. You say to go online to rebook but then when I get there I am told to call, and when I call you say you are too busy to put me through to a representative. It’s pretty poor , can you help please

@British_Airways I call to reschedule a flight because you cancelled it, and it directs me to the website to do it myself. The website directs me to the same number, so I call again and then I get cut off!!! How am I supposed to reschedule a flight?
