@AskDyson I sent my Dyson device for repair in Turkey. Instead of returning my repaired device, the service sent me a completely different unit belonging to someone else. For 24 hours, I still haven’t received clear information about where my own device is. I need urgent support.


@Dyson @AskDyson Am I expected to own a second vacuum cleaner that’s not a Dyson to have a working vacuum cleaner at all times? When is the filter ever available?!! I’m in Australia.

@AskDyson what a joke!!! You are offering to replace a wifi enabled hot/cool heater with one that has no wifi??? I purchased that model SPECIFICALLY for its wifi capability - some of the worst customer service I’ve EVER encountered - it’s appalling!!!

@AskDyson I sent a hot/cool formaldehyde WiFi machine for repair, apparently the pcb is out of stock and I’ve been offered a refurbished non-WiFi enabled machine as a replacement. I made it clear WiFi was non negotiable as I need to be able to access it remotely. totally unacceptable

Hello @AskDyson / @Dyson Over a month trying to return 2 incompatible Dyson accessories with still no solution. Failed SEUR collections, contradictory replies, complete silence since 12/05/26 and customer service unworthy of a “premium” brand.Truly unacceptable customer service.





It’s just me, my @Dyson, & my @CECRED_OFFICIAL protection line against the incoming DC humidity this week 😭

@Dyson really bad experience with the service as my Wash G1 stopped working, a technician came and said he’d raise the complaint by EOD for which id get a mail however it’s been 3 days since he checked the machine and no mail or anything.


Dear @AskDyson @Dyson your after sales and support is pathetic. 2 weeks of continued follow up has elicited no response. We have been asking for a person to come and service the dyson vacuum cleaner to no avail. You have fancy products at fancy prices but with zero backup!

@Dyson The main body of my 3yo V15 was replaced in Feb 2025. Just 14 months later, the NEW part failed again! This is a chronic issue. @Dyson_Turkiye demands a fee for your faulty part's 2nd failure. Unacceptable. I want a fair solution! ⚖️ #Dyson #DysonV15 #ConsumerRights

@Dyson I have never experienced such poor service. Spent a small fortune on a vacuum it has broken after a few months sent for repair to be told its un repairable and its being sent back. No other alternative nothing. Customer service were not helpful in the slightest. Awful

@Dyson purchased Dyson airwrap from canada for family in Chandigarh in India..it's not working and in exchange asking 15k extra...why so? Product same under warranty and international company refund free of cost exchange @timesofindia @AskDyson @DysonIndia
