@NBN_Australia I've had such a poor experience, is it any wonder the NBN rollout has taken so long! The irony is if you miss your appointment, it's a $220 fee, but NBN can rock up unannounced, ignoring the scheduled appointment and doing shotty work with no recourse.

@NBN_Australia Would you like to explain this stellar work from your team? After two visits, the service still does not work and requires a 3rd visit. I'm not an expert, but the kinked fibre to the floating box is a safe bet for the problem 🙄.

@troyhunt If you’re an enterprise and you didn’t know the encryption model because you didn’t do the appropriate due diligence, well... Federate with your SAML idm, Okta et al. to manage your credentials and MFA globally. Know how SaaS works and manage risks appropriately.

@exetel @Keysight Similar weird stuff with gmail. I can see new email and open them etc, but I cannot reply. Problem definitely isolated to the @Exetel NBN connection.

More bizarre stuff happening with my @exetel NBN connection. The @Keysight IoT judging pages work, I can see all the entries, play videos etc, but submitting results doesn't work. Switched to my phone Telstra network via USB tether and everything is back to normal.
