Added a banked reset to 500k users of ChatGPT Work and Codex. What’s been happening: - Just released the ability to use a banked reset from web and mobile. Before today you could only do it in the desktop app - Had an issue where less than 10% of users who used a banked reset and it didn’t actually reset. This was during a 2 hour window. - It was hard to find all the exact users where it didn’t apply, so instead granted a banked reset to everyone who pressed the reset button in that 2 hour window. This also gives us the opportunity to validate the new infra ahead of tomorrow Tomorrow we will celebrate our 7M active users milestone and grant the first banked reset across all of our ChatGPT Work and Codex users. We will also release a bunch of updates to the desktop app, addressing a ton of your feedback. Talk soon

@MomsPostingLs I always let the room temperature be dictated by who wants it the coldest because it's easier to throw on extra clothes to warm yourself up than it is to cool yourself down. If someone wants it colder than me, I just put on a jacket 🤷

@WhamBaamX I can't figure out if the Tesla experienced FSD phantom braking or if the semi was just tired of them hogging the left lane and bumped them 😅

Allegedly, Tesla sold this pre-owned Model 3 and described the damage as a "minor fender bender" But when the new owner plugged in a USB drive, he found footage of the actual crash: the car had been rear-ended by a semi truck. Would you be mad?

@dilynwfo @WhamBaamX FSD frequently slams on the brakes on the interstate for no reason, it's a phenomenon called phantom braking. I had a semi come within inches of rear-ending me when my car did that on FSD. The only reason it was avoided is because I was quick to stomp on the accelerator.

@WhamBaamX Rear ended? You mean slamming on the brakes with a semi behind you on the interstate! Perfect FAFO! The road ahead was clear in the left lane, no reason for brakes here, Why slam the brakes at 70mph? Tesla drivers are truly the worst!

The $1.7 million no-bid contract to clean the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool went to a company ultimately owned by Trump donor John J. Cafaro, who previously pleaded guilty in separate federal cases involving bribery and campaign finance violations. The company's name? Greenwater Services.

12 days until Tesla sends FSD 14 lite to over 3 million HW3 vehicles. This is their promise. We would really like the Unsupervised Full Self-Driving we paid $15,000 for years ago. Being scammed by a trillionaire doesn’t sit well.

$SPCX is reportedly preparing a bond sale of at least $20B marking its first investment-grade U.S. dollar bond issuance. Proceeds would refinance a $20B bridge loan maturing in 2027.

Anyone who purchased full self-driving will get FSD computer upgrade for free. This is the only change between Autopilot HW2.5 & HW3. Going forward “HW3” will just be called FSD Computer, which is accurate. No change to vehicle sensors or wire harness needed. This is v important.

@Teslarati I'm not calling it safe until insurers underwrite it as autonomous. The rest is just edge-case theatre with a marketing budget.

Your Tesla with Full Self-Driving doesn’t need existing lines, fixed scenarios, or straightforward road conditions to work properly. Here it is navigating a construction zone, on the wrong side of the road, with ease. Safe, stress-free travel.

Over the last 250 million years, at least five completely unrelated lineages of crustaceans have independently evolved into crab-like forms, a phenomenon so common that biologists gave it its own name: carcinization. And despite decades of study, scientists still don’t fully understand why it keeps happening. Detailed evolutionary research shows that “crabbiness”, the distinctive wide, flattened body, tucked tail, and armored shell, has appeared, disappeared, and sometimes reappeared across different branches of the crustacean family tree. In one of the strangest cases, king crabs actually re-evolved crab-like traits after their ancestors had already lost them (a process called decarcinization). This repeated convergence suggests the crab body plan offers powerful survival advantages. Crabs are incredibly successful and adaptable, thriving in virtually every marine and coastal environment on Earth — from coral reefs and rainforests to deep-sea vents and underground caves. Their sideways scuttling allows quick directional changes while keeping an eye on predators, and their hard exoskeleton provides excellent protection. Yet the mystery remains: some crab-like species walk forward, others have ditched the shell entirely, and plenty of non-crab crustaceans do just fine without ever evolving into crabs. The real fascination for biologists lies in what this tells us about evolution itself: under certain environmental pressures, nature seems to repeatedly converge on the same highly effective solutions — almost as if the crab shape is one of evolution’s favorite “optimal” designs. [“One hundred years of carcinization – the evolution of the crab-like habitus in Anomura (Arthropoda: Crustacea).” Biological Journal of the Linnean Society]

70ms earlier isn’t just faster… it’s the difference between ‘oh shit’ and ‘what crash?’👽🫶🏽 Tesla Vision just made every other car’s airbag system look like it’s running on dial-up. Cameras + AI cooking the competition again. This is why FSD isn’t a feature, it’s the future. Absolute cinema. 🔥🚀✨🍀🫶🏽
