@thatjeffsmith Seems like despite its advanced age SQL is still thriving, the stackoverflow 2022 developer survey rated SQL third ahead of Python, Java, C, C++, C# and other languages. The reason SQL doesn't get old is because its based on math (relational calculus).

@oraclebase @mathewbutler @rmoff I can't remember that far back in regards to friendfeed. I _vaguely_ remember using it. Twitter for me started in Jan 2008 and at the encouragement of @jkuramot later that year, began to use it in a more targeted fashion (job searching...)
