Thune & Johnson announce the apparent path forward on DHS funding... They will support the bill the Senate passed w/ Dem support at 2am last Friday that funds all of DHS except ICE & CBP, & will attempt to fund CBP & ICE through reconciliation without Dem votes. Dems get zero ICE reforms they had been demanding, but can tell their base they held the line on not funding ICE & CBP and have now established a precedent that ICE and CBP can be separated out. Republicans were unable to fund ICE & CBP through appropriations after negotiations w/ Senate Dems collapsed, so they will now have to turn to the complicated budget reconciliation process, which will require only a simple majority of 51 votes in the Senate to pass. However, the process could take months, and it's not a guarantee. Trump wants the bill on his desk by June 1st. All of this as DHS has been unfunded for almost 50 days and a lot of people are hurting in the process. Does anyone win?

Days after last year’s Palisades and Eaton wildfires, several heroic Los Angeles residents tackled and zip-tied a man starting fires with a blowtorch in their neighborhood. Los Angeles Police Department arrested 34-year-old Sierra-Leyva for a felony probation violation, but somehow determined that even though he was starting fires with a blowtorch, it wasn’t quite enough for an arson charge. I hope you’re sitting down because it turns out Sierra-Leyva is an illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal history and is suspected of starting other fires. I hope you are still sitting down, because a Van Nuys jail ignored an ICE detainer and released him. Fortunately, ICE was there and immediately re-arrested the arsonist.

🚨OUTRAGE: Illegal Alien Truck Driver Caught with $4 Million in Drugs in Saline County, AR — The VERY County Whose Reps Tried to Legalize Illegal Alien Truckers! 🚨 Significant Narcotics Seizure on Interstate 30 Saline County, Arkansas — On Sunday, February 22, deputies with the Saline County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 30 near the 106-mile marker that resulted in a significant narcotics seizure. During the traffic stop, deputies discovered a large quantity of illegal narcotics inside the vehicle. As a result of the investigation, deputies seized over 2,800 pounds of narcotics with an estimated street value of $4.5 million. The driver of the vehicle, Firdavs Nazarov, 38, of the Republic of Tajikistan, was taken into custody without incident. Nazarov was found to be in the United States on an expired tourist visa. He was in possession of a New York driver’s license, and the commercial vehicle he was operating displayed Alaska license plates. During the investigation, the owner of the company, Aleksey Shcherbina, stated that Nazarov was transporting the contents of the truck from Oregon to North Carolina. This investigation was conducted in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). This seizure represents a substantial disruption to the distribution of illegal narcotics and highlights the Saline County Sheriff’s Office’s continued commitment to public safety and proactive law enforcement efforts.

California Identity Scam: Petition Fraudsters Logging Into Online Database To Supply Real Voter Names For Forged Signatures & Streamline Ballot Petition Payments “You’re not gonna use your name… I’m giving you one.” Residents Are OUTRAGED After Learning Their Identities Were Used Without Consent In Part III of the cash-for-ballots investigation, petition fraudsters on Skid Row in Los Angeles were caught on hidden camera logging into an online database accessing registered voter names and addresses. These identities were then given to homeless individuals and used to sign in the name of on election petitions. Our undercover footage shows these signatures completed under false identities, followed by cash payments. We tracked the names used in the footage and went door-to-door to verify the individuals whose names appeared in the footage. Residents confirmed the addresses were accurate, but denied ever signing any petitions. “That’s my address… but that wasn’t me.” @camhigby and I confronted Brenda Brown after previously capturing her on tape discussing payment for voter registration work. She agreed to speak privately. SIGVALID.COM was identified as the online database used to access real voters' names and addresses for the petition ballots. More footage shows how these petitions were completed, including instances where the “Declaration of Circulator” was not signed at the time of submission. In one case, Steven Nelson appears to have signed as circulator, despite Brenda Brown conducting the circulation. This violates California Elections Code § 104, which requires the circulator to sign a declaration in their own hand stating they personally circulated the section and witnessed the signatures being written, under penalty of perjury. CRIMINAL ILLEGAL HIT ICE AGENT WITH CAR, REMAINS AT LARGE. On March 25, 2026, ICE conducted a targeted vehicle stop to arrest Xa Lee, a fugitive and criminal illegal alien from Laos. When ICE officers attempted to conduct the vehicle stop, Lee fled the scene and hit an ICE officer with his vehicle. Lee is a fugitive and is also wanted for previous convictions of vehicle theft, stolen property, conspiracy, petty theft, two DUIs, resisting an officer, battery, and felony possession of a firearm.
