No, it's not irreducible complexity. You're granting yourself already fully formed and functioning molecules/organisms and pretending they can be evolved any which way. That's not how biology works. To evolve novel proteins requires novel genetic code. But protein families are highly distinct and separate. It is already well-established from Evolutionists that proteins families have no evolutionary relationship between them - it's been said that proteins are like stars and families are like galaxies with vast distances between them. Evolution cannot explain the origin of novel protein families. And furthermore - cumulative adaptation only works if every step along the way has function. But key amino acids in protein folds cannot be mutated. It destroys the protein. And proteins are not functional unless they have a full, specified order of amino acids. So you have the whole thing, in order, or you have useless junk. So evolution can't build novel proteins because they have no selective benefit until they're complete. So you have two issues: evolution can't mutate one protein into an entirely novel fold, even if we grant you a fully functional protein, and evolution can't build one from scratch. And if Evolution can't explain the origin of Novel proteins, then it can't explain the origin of Novel cellular machines, cells, organs, and anything else that it needs to explain. This argument alone destroys the entire Theory. There's no way around it.

There is not enough time in all the universe for evolution to build even one of these molecular machines, let alone thousands. Mathematically impossible. Evolutionary theory is dead.
