@ThreeUKSupport @Seaneyc Just to update on this, the only way I could register without the above problems was by connecting to a VPN and then going through the registration process, I turn the VPN off and then the problems are back again! (I'm on Three broadband!) there's still an error using my PAC.

@ThreeUKSupport @Seaneyc There is definitely a problem, I am trying to register an account and the 'enter' mobile number is greyed out. There is also an 'unknown error' when trying to use my PAC on with the online form. I hope this isn't the shape of things to come for a new customer!!!

@BritishGasHelp Hi, I did an energy switch to Energy Plus Protection Mar 2021v2 on the 25th March, I have not received any emails since and my online account only shows the Homecare service (which was part of the deal). I thought the switching service took no longer than 6 weeks?

@Unwariest @ThreeUKSupport They use different APN (access point names) that's why 3 mobile internet can be down but 3 mobile broadband can still be relatively ok, which is happening to me as I have both.

#three is down again. Why does a router with a sim use different network to a mobile? I thought the sims were the same. @ThreeUKSupport #ThreeIsBroken

@ThreeUKSupport When is the 'Network and coverage support' (three.co.uk/support/networ…) page going to be working again? It has not been working for a couple of weeks, around the time lots of us started having problems with Three broadband!

@ThreeUKSupport I am pretty sure that IS the problem, so what you are saying is, If I want to visit any VPN site, I have to disable the adult filter and risk my kids coming across adult themed sites because Three are blocking any site with 'vpn' within the name?

@ThreeUKSupport Why is Three blocking any VPN site I try to go to? Nord VPN, express VPN, they are all blocked!

@ThreeUKSupport The apps work, but that doesn't explain why block their websites. Are Three now dictating which websites it's users can now visit? If they were illegal, it would be understandable.

@padlads have you tried connecting through a dedicated app instead of your browser, Neil?

@NutrisportUK Why have you started adding salt to your whey isolate? 2g per 100g! That is A LOT of salt! There was 0.09g per 100g on the label of my last batch, and there was more protein in the previous batch as well per 100g. Feel robbed!
