Gov. Henry McMaster appointed Lindsey Graham's sister, Darline Graham Nordone, to hold her brother's Senate seat. Lindsey Graham raised Darline when he was only in his 20s after they lost both of their parents within a year of each other. He adopted her, cared for her, and built a family with her.
