@GWRHelp its 17:52 and we've only just been allowed to board the 17:51 PAD-MAI. Every night it's been announced as ready to leave at Paddington and the doors haven't even opened yet. This is every single evening I've taken this service. This new timetable (still) super sucks.
@PaulCliftonBBC@GWRHelp@TfLRail Is unfortunate that most of the rail issues are @networkrail problems. Nor sure how you make the infrastructure and the company that is supposed to look after it, better.
@GWRHelp Would have been nice if either station staff or the driver could be bothered to tell us. More than their jobs are worth I guess. You must be bored of hearing this, but your company redefines crap customer service
@GWRHelp new timetable, same rubbish service. Delayed in this morning and now sitting in Paddington on the 17.51 PAD DID service which is ‘delayed’. No explanations. So proud of GWR - I cannot think of a company that would have messed up the new timetable more spectacularly
@GWRHelp I notice no one even bothers to complain your trains are late any more. I’ve certainly given up. Good to see you’re still keeping up the delays though. 10m late leaving PAD on the 16.49 and now stopped outside the station. Woo boo
@GWRHelp I think it would be helpful to make it clear on websites etc that when using a smart card, you still need your old photo ID to renew a season ticket. Couldn’t renew my gold card this morning, very annoying
For some reason the @thetimes@thesundaytimes refuses to download on my iPad, but does so on my wife's iPad. Any ideas? I have removed and reloaded the app and there is sufficient memory.
That’s a terrible excuse. The service before this left 15m earlier from PAD and was the only train on the relief line ahead of us. How can that affect this train? Genuinely, I want to know - how does that work?
@GWRHelp why do your PAD to READING trains just run slowly in the evening? I’m sure 5-6 minutes means nothing to you but it’s bloody irritating to us sat on them. No announcement, no reason. Just poor service, as usual
