@HDFCBank_Cares yday I purchased PVR gift vouchers from smartbuy. But while using on PVR App it said vouchers already used which is a fraud. I'm now asking for refund but team not willing to refund. I hve already purchased my pvr tickets without these so please refund asap

@airindia My question was about whether you will issue a full refund given the current situation. My onwards flight from Indigo got cancelled so I did not travel to Delhi at all and cannot return back. So requesting you to give me a full refund
