Even if she was in the 25 pct bracket (which seems unlikely), she would have had to have earned $44,000 in tips.
Except the cap on tip deductions is $25,000.

You can see from her eye movements that she’s really listening and considering what he’s saying. And his behavioral reactions to her pushback makes it seem they can agree to disagree. He’s not offended, nor is he eager to explain away her objections. It’s all so healthy.

I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities.
You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free.
I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded.

So aggressive. But let's delve into this. Yes in fact the 10th amendment gives states their right to self govern and a way to make sure they control their own elections in a sense. Thats fair, however that doesnt mean states can fully diverge from the United States Constitution. And if you want to compare to other countries than why not live there? Whats keeping you here?
