Caring for my parents from afar changed that perception.Trying to help manage their care was frustrating. Their data was all across portals, apps attachments, texts, and paper. @mattpaff Sure it would have been great to have the luxury of time to do it perfectly. Challenging when you go from $15M to $300M in revenue in 2 years and a lot of that growth coming in the 2nd year.

This thread does my head in... CEO goes on social media & jokes about using a legacy SME system well passed it's limits?! How do you not have a CFO or COO or anyone take ownership & implement the right system as a strategic priority B4 scheduling access or blowing up the db?! 🤯

@Raadmobrem @inafried @levie Haha wish we were able to use the online version. I think it lacked a lot of features back then. We were using the desktop version and eventually ran into the file size limit and also had to schedule people to login due to the simultaneous user limit.

Apple just did over $100B in revenue in a quarter. I don't understand how any ERP system supports numbers that large.
