June 2024 was my very first time boarding an airplane and my first time being to airport. I was invited for an event in Abuja, the organizers booked my flight ticket for me. So, I arrived at Ibadan airport early in the morning, without any clue about the boarding process and what to do next. I felt like everyone was looking at me as I stood there confused, so a security officer noticed me and guided me through the checks and procedures. When I finally got into the plane and took my seat, my heart was beating fast. I was sweating serously and very nervous. When the plane started speeding on runway for takeoff, that was when panic really hit. I squeezed my eyes shut and I just grabbed the hand of the person sitting next to me. The moment the plane lifted off the ground, I couldn’t hold it, I just screamed “MO KÚ OOO!!” 😭 (I'm dead) Everybody in the plane just burst into laughter, including the children and the flight attendants that were straight face. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me. When we finally landed in Abuja and were disembarking, People were looking at me and they were laughing as we walked through the airport. I was so embarrassed, I almost enter ground.🤣😂😂

A few years back, a friend had asked that I accompany him to the one year birthday of his nephew. When the event started, the MC called the Chairman to come to the high table, and it was exactly my full name, middle name and the initial of my surname. Thinking my friend played a fast one on me, I stood up and began to walk to the high table. I was almost there when the MC asked who I was and what I was doing close to the high table. It was at this moment I noticed another person sitting on the seat meant for the chairman. It turned out the chairman and I shared the same first name, middle name and the initial of my last name. The journey back to my seat was like the distance from Lagos to Sokoto. I'd never felt so embarrassed in my life.

The Nigerian president wasn't even in the UK at the time of the bombings. He was in Nigeria. He packed himself, his defence minister, his NSA and others to the UK day after the bombing. Bro!!!

This old lady handed her bank card to the teller and said "I would like to withdraw $10". The teller told her "For withdrawals less than $100, Please use the ATM." The old lady wanted to know why... The teller returned her bank card and irritably told her "These are the rules, please leave if there is no further matter. There is a line of customers behind you." The old lady remained silent for a few seconds and handed her card back to the teller and said "Please help me withdraw all the money I have." The teller was astonished when she checked the account balance. She nodded her head, leaned down and respectfully told her "You have $300,000 in your account but the bank doesn't have that much cash currently. Could you make an appointment and come back again tomorrow.?" The old lady then asked how much she could withdraw immediately. The teller told her any amount up to $3000. "Well please let me have $3000 now." The teller kindly handed $3000 very friendly and with a smile to her. The old lady put $10 in her purse and asked the teller to deposit $2990 back into her account. The moral of this story is, Don't be difficult with old people, they spent a lifetime learning the skill.!!
