@evrgn11112231 should be a 2-3 year option. I think most people honestly fit into that bucket and the 5-10 year people are liars because who the hell knows what the world might look like in 5 years

Government support for the new construction market has arrived. Just a few weeks ago we also learned the Ontario government is providing capital to purchase unsold units in bulk.

@GerardPerry13 @KenGardner11 @davereaboi That was a different war however. The regime was nascent and many felt patriotic in the defense of their country and mixed in with all the revolutionary bs with it pumped people up. The regime won't give in but pounding it enough and taking out enough people can lead to collapse.

@pascallisp @KenGardner11 @davereaboi Yeah, as long as there are bodies to staff the regime and its security apparatus I don't see them giving in. Regardless of how hard they're being pounded. They fought a needless war against Iraq for 6 years after they pushed the Iraqi army off of its soil.

@Empty_America This is true of all regimes around the world. Xi's daughter studied at Harvard. All CCP kids are all over the US and Canada. Top Russian guys' kids in the UK. It's all like this.

That is a huge sign of the emptiness and fakeness of the Iranian Regime, how spent it is. Their grandchildren are being raised right in the Hegemon and will become Americanized. They won't return and if they do they will be unrecognizable, disruptive.
Peter Schweizer@peterschweizer

Estimates are that 5,000 aghazadeh (children of the Iranian political elite) are currently living in the United States. Many are here as students. If they happen to give birth, their children will become US citizens under birthright citizenship.

@KenGardner11 @davereaboi First off it's a death cult. Second they rather die than give up because giving up means the brutal murder of everyone they know including themselves while not giving up is possibly death but also if they survive they can continue their looting of Iran.

@davereaboi What choice do they have, though. I mean, we can just keep on killing their leaders and blowing up their shit until they finally surrender. And if we take Kharg Island, we will cut off their means of paying their IRG enforcers.

@zriboua Iran's win simply by playing the disruption game. Iran can withstand the pain but can the entire world economy? Their mentality is effectively if we go down we take the USA-global system with us which requires consistently small no of disruptions and idk how we answer this

Disruption buys time. It does not win wars. Winning requires converting that time into offensive capacity, and Iran has no mechanism to do that. It is losing commanders, units, and arsenal depth on a daily basis, with nothing coming in to replace them.
Kelly Grieco@ka_grieco

9/ Simple volume was never Iran's comparative advantage. Disruption was. And on the metric that matters (cost imposed per missile fired )Iran may actually be getting more effective as the war goes on, not less.

For the 2nd straight day, limited missile fire from Iran with long pauses between attacks. Hezbollah fired 30 rockets from Lebanon; woman killed, 2 wounded. The main story right now: elite US forces heading to the Middle East.

Two things appear to be true: 1) Sunlight is good for your health but also 2) Sun does actually age your skin The optimal solution seems clear: only tan your back You get all the health benefits with almost none of the aesthetic downsides If someone starts to get grossed out by your aged back-skin, just turn around and dazzle them with your well-preserved front side

Iran’s Achievements in the 2026 War: 1. Destroying Tel Aviv in an AI video 2. Bombing everyone except Israel 3. The first cardboard Supreme Leader 4. Feeding the worms 5. Managing to get those who are supposedly concerned about Epstein to cheer for a country where marrying 9-year-olds is legal. Number 5 is probably the most impressive.

The worst military aviation commentary of all time from the masses on X is the F-35 deal today. (Maybe outside of the India-Pakistan stuff) That’s really saying something.

@favelaoverlord Iran has escalation dominance? Iran has nothing left they are lashing out at Qatar because that's the one place they can hit hard for the time being because they were their lapdogs and didn't fortify their infrastructure thinking Iran wouldn't attack them but Iran's desperate

Very naive question, but where is Iran launching these missiles from, and why haven't they been taken out if the US supposedly has air superiority?
