It’s too expensive for too many families in Virginia. From high healthcare costs to expensive housing to unaffordable energy and utility costs. That’s why I made my Affordable Virginia Agenda a top priority as soon as I came into office as your Governor.

Young people who grew up in Virginia want to stay — but cannot find an apartment they can afford. Families who have saved for years still cannot compete in the housing market. Seniors on fixed incomes are watching their rent climb higher every year.

We have a housing shortage in Virginia. And until we address it, prices will keep rising.

There is so much more that unites us as Virginians and as Americans than divides us.

In Virginia, healthcare decisions about contraception, fertility treatments, and reproductive care will continue to be made between women and their doctors — not by politicians. That’s a promise I’ve made, and it’s a promise I intend to keep.

I think there is a distinct possibility that Mary B McCord is Watergate burglar James W. McCord’s daughter…which would make her part of a multigenerational on-going intelligence system. While no connection between Mary B. McCord and James W. McCord Jr. has been publicly proven or investigated; in part because the early history of Mary McCord is entirely absent from any archive; the unanswered questions and gaps in the public record allow for the possibility of such a connection. The absence of verifiable family background for Mary B. McCord (which Doug Ross has noted below - and is factually affirmed by many who have tried to find it), coupled with the omission of James McCord’s children from the historical record, prevents a definitive conclusion either way, just the way CIA Agents would behave. Moreover, while no public record establishes Mary B. McCord as a CIA officer, James McCord’s confirmed CIA history and the well-documented pattern of intelligence careers running in families leave open the possibility that she, too, had undisclosed intelligence affiliations before and during her government service. And since intelligence officers rarely sever ties completely, if she were once involved in the agency, it would be consistent with Agency practice that she remained connected thereafter. This strongly possible background would explain things that otherwise make NO SENSE.
