
@Eastlink 3.5 hours on hold today regarding the fact that my service hasn’t been working for two weeks, and still haven’t spoken to an agent. Shame on you!

@Eastlink very disappointing to hear you are dropping Corus Entertainment channels. Wondering how you plan on making up for it. Otherwise, I assume I’ll get a discount on my bill, to reflect the fact that I’m losing the majority of the channels I currently enjoy.
