Perhaps, but Sovereignty is established in the Declaration of Independence and by the fact the people created it, and validated again by the Articles of Confederation, as the creation of both documents were acts of Sovereignty that has stood as globally recognized law for 250 years. It is inarguable the individual American is a Sovereign and each serves as the Sovereignty of America simply by the fact the it was the people who created these documents.

US Tax Code defines "employee" to mean govt worker or corporate officer. The term 'wages' means payment to employees. Putting it together, most of us not paid wages! And only wages are taxable. The 1040 is an election to be treated as an officer of a U.S. Person/corporation. So don't use the 1040. Don't use any of their forms. Rebut their presumption that thou is an officer of their U.S. Person franchise. Send letters (not forms) to SSA stating was paid zero wages! Feds have effectively duped almost EVERYONE into gifting money to the federal govt. They have duped everyone into mischaracterizing their work situation. Instead of me working for a local company. The feds PRESUME i work for a local company THROUGH their federal 'person' and as an officer of that person. Crazy but true. person means corporation. person does not mean people. if they meant people, they would say people. It's a word game with dire consequences. Their US Code says explicitly that there is a tax on taxable income. They don't say there is a tax on income. Why? because not all income is taxable. It's actually an excise tax on exercises or privileges provided by the govt. State gov issues corporate charters. Unbeknownst to most is that they issue a corporate charter for every baby. They we mistakenly use that corporate charter for all aspects of our lives. The solution is to rebut their presumption that thou is a person, meaning franchise. Am i a U.S. Person? Obviously no. Because person means corporation. And U.S. Person means a U.S. chartered corporation, for which their is a tax to use it. Everyone is treated as a temporary worker in the sense that instead of thou working directly for a private-sector company. They presume thou works for a U.S. Person franchise which in effect is then a vendor for that private-sector company. Feds wedge the govt into every worker-company contract. By fraud and deceit and since with force, it's also racketeering. No, thou is not adopted. Worse, thou has lived thy life as an officer of a federal corporation (person) since the day thou was born, not berthed.
