@mhp_guy Phoenix has 10 airports in the area and no hangar availability. I’ve been looking for 18 months and keeping my plane in the Dallas area. If anyone here is developing hangars in the PHX area, let me know!

I'm hearing there's almost no hangar space for private planes in Texas right now. Most waiting lists are 20-50+ people long. Who's gonna go buy or build one? Seems like a cool biz. What guy doesn't want a metal building to tinker around in?

@pchav5 @Nomadic_OMD Tell me about it…it’s such a pain to get from western USA to Colombia. I say “never again” every time I take this flight. AA either has a MX delay in PHX going via MIA or UA delays due to wx in IAH. Comm flying as a passenger is literally the hardest part of this job!

The A380 was a dumb boondoggle of a project. This 10-year-old one was listed at $445M new, tho we don't know what Lufthansa actually paid. It can now be yours for only $25M. Nobody wants a plane this large, there is no market for it. It has at least 20 years of life left.
