@dancingdelilah @PeriklesGREAT @jjauthor Woke attorneys rush to defend every piece-of-shit criminal! The second you use force to stop a crime, those spineless cocksuckers turn on you and try to destroy your life for it! Doing nothing is the better option in this clown world. Sad, but true.

BREAKING: Delaware Judge Kathaleen McCormick has officially announced that she will no longer preside over multiple lawsuits involving @elonmusk and his companies after Elon's lawyers alleged she had shown bias against him after ruling against him in high-profile cases. Last week, Elon's attorneys wrote to the court pointing to a LinkedIn screenshot that they said shows she supported a post on the network celebrating Elon's defeat in a California civil fraud trial. In the past, Judge McCormick ruled against Elon with his $56B Tesla pay package case and the Twitter lawsuit. Here is Judge Kathaleen McCormick's full letter that she released today: "Dear Counsel: This letter addresses the motions for my recusal and to randomly reassign two of the three above-referenced actions. The motion for recusal rests on a false premise—that I support a LinkedIn post about Mr. Musk, which I do not in fact support. I am not biased against the defendants in these actions. In fact, I dismissed a suit against Mr. Musk just last year. The motion for recusal is denied. But the motion for reassignment is granted—I will reassign each of the three above-referenced actions. As should be obvious, disproportionate media attention surrounding a judge’s handling of an action is detrimental to the administration of justice. Fortunately, the Court of Chancery is far greater than any one person. I have complete faith in the Vice Chancellors’ abilities to adjudicate these matters. And three of them will. Please contact my Chambers to obtain a time for the random reassignment. All counsel are welcome to attend. But each of the individuals who signed the motion for reassignment or the joinder in that motion must appear to witness what they requested."

NEWS: Elon Musk and his lawyers are demanding Delaware judge Kathaleen McCormick step aside from a high-stakes Tesla case after she allegedly “supported” a LinkedIn post mocking a $2 billion verdict against him in a separate California case. McCormick was the judge who ruled against Elon in his big $56 billion pay package case in Delaware. The complaint includes a screenshot of a LinkedIn post by Harry Plotkin, a Southern California-based jury consultant who worked with the legal team that sued Musk for securities fraud in San Francisco federal court. “Thanks $2 billion for your help in this trial. It was a pleasure working against you. Congratulations to the trial team at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP and Bottini Law for standing up for the little guy against the richest man in the world,” Plotkin wrote on LinkedIn. The filing alleges the post was promoted by McCormick’s account, with a banner above it reading: “Katie McCormick supports this.” McCormick has denied intentionally endorsing the post, claiming she was unaware of the interaction until LinkedIn notified her she had used the heart-in-hand “support” icon. “I either did not click the ‘support’ icon at all, or I did so accidentally. I do not believe that I did it accidentally,” she wrote in a letter to attorneys. nypost.com/2026/03/25/bus…

Elon Musk, the wealthiest man alive, recently paid an effective tax rate of less than 3.3%. That is less than the average truck driver, nurse and teacher. YES, we must demand the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share. twitter.com/i/broadcasts/1…

Delivering clean water to a community takes power — lots of it. From nonstop pumps to round‑the‑clock operations, water treatment is a power‑intensive business. @CARKW — the state’s largest water utility — serves about 500,000 people, operates three treatment plants, and runs thousands of miles of pipe. By using energy from a @ScenicHillSolar project equipped with First Solar modules, the utility is able to offset approximately 20% of its power costs — strengthening long‑term rate stability and keeping water affordable for the community. “For us to take the ability to put in solar and offset about 20% of our power costs, it made a huge difference in our operations and our future rate forecasting.” — Tad Bohannon, CEO, Central Arkansas Water See why American-made solar energy was the smart, forward‑looking choice for Central Arkansas Water.🎥 #FirstSolar #AmericasSolarCompany #AmericanEnergy #SolarWorks #SolarPower

There is a huge new FUD going around that supposedly Elon wants to devalue $TSLA so it’s later absorbed by SpaceX. He has 40%+ control of SpaceX & only ~20% of Tesla so he can gain more control. They say that the delays with robotaxi & Optimus are intentional. I personally don’t buy it. Thoughts?

One of the largest valuation disconnects I see is in $CELH, down -18% (vs NDX -3%) over the past week on news that $COST is rolling out a Kirkland Signature Sparkling Energy Drink as a private label product. The packaging looks a lot like Celsius (white can, fruit pictured on front) and the product is zero sugar, 200 mg of caffeine, and contains “7 essential vitamins” (same as Celsius). The -$1.8 billion hit to CELH market cap over the past week seems way overdone as that essentially writes down CELH’s entire Costco business, which makes up 11% CELH sales. On a category level, private label accounts for just 6% of carbonated beverage unit sales and an even lower % for energy drinks, given consumer views that private label carbonated beverages simply don’t measure up in quality or taste to branded products. According to JP Morgan, Kirkland Sparkling Energy is priced at a significant discount in Costco ($16.99 for a 24-pack vs. $27.23 for a Celsius 18-pack). While the initial Costco rollout could get ample trial and impact next few quarter sales, we highly doubt the Kirkland Signature product will meaningfully impact long-term CELH valuation. At a forward P/E of 21x 2026 EPS, CELH is no longer a long-duration growth stock and a near-term CELH revenue miss caused by the Costco launch is unlikely to do much damage beyond what’s already been discounted. Assuming company average growth and margin, which is likely too aggressive as club is typically lower margin, Costco could account for $85-$90M EBITDA, which at a 13-14 EV/EBITDA multiple pre-Kirkland Energy news = $1.2B equity value vs. ~$1.8B market cap reduction over the past week (Source: JP Morgan). We would be a buyer of $CELH here at $34/share (-26% YTD vs NDX -8%).

I don’t get it. Why doesn’t Tesla just recklessly deploy thousands of Robotaxis before validating the first few in Austin? Too much focus on being “safe” and “responsible”, and not enough on making the stock price go up

Just realized something that honestly made me stop for a second… $2,000 rent a month. That’s $24,000 a year. Stay there 5 years… that’s $120,000. Gone. No ownership. No asset. Nothing to show for it. Just paid to exist somewhere. That’s actually insane when you really think about it.

Tesla FSD price should be either per mile or lowered to $69 a month or even cheaper to $49. Per mile I think better. Current pricing hurts adoption. Just spoke to several new Tesla owners, they absolutely love their new robots and over the moon that they bought them before gas prices increased They loved the FSD trials too but not subscribed now because $99 doesn’t make sense financially for them for 10 min commute to work. They would love to pay per mile or during road trips etc but $99 a month is too much for people that don’t drive a lot. Lower the price and increase adoption, actually might result in more revenue for Tesla !
