We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.

Jacksonville police officer Antonio Richardson prays for a young man who was standing on the edge of a bridge, ready to take his own life.
Richardson conversed with and prayed for the man for 40 minutes.
"When I got the call … I was just there to stop the traffic. And then a couple of other officers who knew my position as a pastor asked me to come over and talk with the guy," Richardson told Fox News.
"I just felt within myself that God was going to spare his life, and he did."
"I was praying. And God spared his life. And we connected. And as a result of that connection, he didn’t jump."

Yesterday it was over 80 degrees Fahrenheit and literal beach weather with people strolling around in tank tops and shorts.
Today- freezing cold in the low 30’s, a “wintry mix” storm with a variations of snowballs, wacky looking hail balls and sleet falling on our heads all day long.
Now it’s suddenly sunny out again and birds out tweeting songs right after the wintry mix somehow just disappeared.
Can someone explain to me what the heck is going on?!!??

I am closely monitoring the ongoing military operations in Iran. International military actions have a direct and profound impact on Maryland’s families and communities.
I served in Afghanistan and I’ve seen who pays the price when Washington rushes into conflict. We owe the men and women executing on these orders a clear understanding of the mission. When we ask them to risk their lives, we need to be clear there is no other option.
For decades the Iranian regime has been an agent of terror in the region and we have been able to reach bipartisan consensus to restrict nuclear capabilities and promote stability in the region. We can stand with the Iranian people who support the cause of democracy and freedom without risking another conflict that sends another generation of American troops into combat.
I am in constant communication with public safety officials, senior military advisors, and local and federal partners to ensure we are taking every measure necessary to protect our state. @DawnFlytheMoore and I are praying for peace, and we thank our brave service members who stand watch in harm’s way.

I cannot overemphasize how insanely tight security was for the SOTU.
I went through 3 checkpoints, 5 metal detectors, and they took my phone.
It was clearly understood that if you, as a guest, did anything at all that looked suspicious/unusual, you were going to be removed.
Being a guest means exactly that… a guest.
Behave accordingly.
This is not complicated.
Clearly this woman wanted attention, and she got it.
She did the same thing in Minneapolis… she just wants attention and is willing to be arrested multiple times in order to play the victim and get attention.
I feel like this is pretty obvious.
